"Georgia Rule" actress Lindsay Lohan has announced her plan in extending her leggings label, 6126, into a full fashion collection.
On December 27, the 23-year-old beauty wrote on her Twitter page, "i need MORE followers i am so sad about this, how can i tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT! all clothing."
According to Women's Wear Daily, the Ashley Albright of "Just My Luck" is scheduled to release her new collections in the fall of 2010.
The fashion-industry trade journal reported that Lindsay's 2010 apparel line will include 100 pieces wholesaling from $18 for basic leggings to $300 for leather jacket. Meanwhile, the 6126 leggings are currently ranging from $68 to $120.
About the expansion, Kristi Kaylor, the principal in 6126 LLC in Beverly Hill, told the site, "We've had amazing success with the leggings line.
We have a great business with Neiman Marcus and several hundred great specialty stores." She further added, "We're launching the full clothing collection next year, and a cosmetics line, handbags, shoes, jewelry in spring 2011."
Lindsay Lohan first launched her leggings line in 2008. She named it 6126 to represent Marilyn Monroe's birth on June 1, 1926. The songstress debuted her 6126 line at Henry Bendel in New York. Beside her leggings line, LiLo is trusted to be an artistic adviser at French fashion house Emanuel Ungaro, since September 9, 2009.
