It seems like this happens a lot, Birtney Spears not paying her dancers, other celebrities not paying their maid, but if you get $50,000 for standing around, securing VIP tables, and ordering drugs for movie stars wouldn't you expect to be stiffed from time to time? Because I would do it for around $8/hour, if they shared their coke and payed for drinks of course.

Maybe Lohan's ex-bodyguard, David Kim, overcharged, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want his money or his car fixed, after Lindsay's driver wrecked it running from the paparazzi. Actually one Kim's jobs was to supply drivers so isn't that kind of his fault?

Kim made $4,000 a week, and claims that Lohan stiffed him on services provided for six months. The bodyguard filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court for charges of fraud, emotional distress and breach of oral contract.

No official word about the lawsuit from Lohan's people yet, but she has claimed that she never hired or even knew Kim.
