Lindsay Lohan need not worry if movie offers don't come her way, for she just made a tidy profit selling a flat she never even lived in.
The 'Bobby' star had picked up the three-bedroom in trendy Sierra Towers, in 2006 when she was working on 'Georgia Rule', in which she stars opposite Felicity Huffman and Jane Fonda.
At the time she coughed up a cool 980,000 pounds for the place.
And though the actress had planned to live in the place after revamping it, she never got around to the task and eventually had to put it back on the market.
Lohan has managed to sell it for an asking price of more than 1.2 million pounds, thus earning a profit of 220,000 pounds.
The flat, which is located on the 27th-floor, views over the Hollywood Hills, and neighbours include stars such as Cher and former 'Friends' actor Matthew Perry.
