Lindsay Lohan is being sued for not paying a $90,000 limousine bill, according to a report. TMZ write that Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services are claiming that Lindsay used them from February 2009 to May 2009. The 25-year-old Mean Girls star also booked cars for friends and family, according the company.
The website claim to have seen payments showing a $6,000 an hour rate, which also includes security.
They're claiming that with penalties and late charges, the $33,978 bill has now become $90,585.79. And RadarOnline.com report that Lindsay has arrived back from Europe where she's been attending fashion shows in Milan and Paris, and promptly bought a $80, 000 Porsche.
They report that she visited a dealership in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday. There she is said to have purchased a brand new Porsche Panamera, worth $80,000, a source close to Lindsay told Radar Online. In July when Lindsay appeared in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner, she claimed financial hardship was stopping her from getting insurance to pay for her court ordered therapy. However, she has just signed for designer Phillip Plein, 33 , as a spokesmodel , and worked on a shoot at Lake Como with him.
With that and the Gotti movie in the pipeline, it appears that Lindsay's fortunes may be slowing reviving. Radar suggest that Lindsay might be motivated to get the car before checking her finances, however, just to keep up with the Jones'. Or the Ronsons, as ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, 34 , has just bought a similar car from the same dealership. Lindsay's publicist declined to comment when contacted by Mail Online.
