When it comes to doing dumb things in public, Lindsay Lohan takes the 10-tier cake. LiLo’s latest scandal? The interwebs have exploded with drug allegations over a video that shows Lohan buying a small plastic bag off a friend in Venice, CA.
In the video, posted by X17, Lohan can be seen outside of Hal's Bar & Grill when a friend joins her and shows off a small Ziploc bag. After inspecting the baggie, Lohan is then seen handing it back to the friend, and then taking another bag in exchange for money.
So what exactly was in this mystery bag? Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, told X17 that the bag contained "crystals that had been purchased for Lindsay at a local shop."Honig slammed the website for publishing the video, and blamed the paparazzi agency for "Knowingly and consciously making inferences about Lindsay that are completely untrue, and creating a fictitious story to get more people to visit their site.”
He continued, “We were not given a chance to comment on this story before it went up, and no effort was made to gather the facts about what actually occurred. “When I addressed this with the agency, they told me 'we're not the New York Times.' They have made a horrific mistake; the worst part is, they know it but don't care."
