Lindsay Lohan began serving house arrest on Thursday after turning herself in for her necklace theft case. TMZ reported the troubled 24-year-old was booked and fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet, which will not monitor potential drug use. Lohan, however, doesn’t see spending her time confined to her Venice, California home as being all bad.
According to TMZ, Lohan is looking at her house arrest as a "time to relax, focus on her recovery and figure out her new game plan for her life and career."How does the actress plan to relax? TMZ further reported that Lohan plans to paint and read scripts while under confinement. Lohan stocked up on canvases and she also has a stack of scripts to read to decide on her next film project once released.
Lohan, who could reportedly spend 35-days under house arrest, will be released before July 2, the actress’ 25th birthday, and she is already planning a sober way to celebrate.
