In a new interview, the flame-haired singer and actress revealed that NERD star Pharrell had approached her about joining forces for a new project. Lindsay told Interview magazine: "He's an amazing guy. He's only been really kind to me whenever I've met him."

He said, "I'd love to make a great record with you, but I want to take you out of all the elements that you're used to. Let's go away. Let's go somewhere nice where you can be focused, and let's make an album there."

But it seems Lindsay - who recently broke up with girlfriend Samantha Ronson - hasn't heard back from the beat-maker for a while, with Usmagazine.com quoting the 22-year-old as saying: "Pharrell, please call me back!" Lindsay's delayed third album, Spirit In The Dark, is due for release later this year.

Lindsay Lohan is still eating...she's just stressed out."I haven't changed my eating habits," she said at the Mercedes-Benz Oscar party at the Montage Beverly Hills, where she was excited for Sean Penn's big win. So has she upped her gym routine?

"I go to yoga once a week, but I don't go more than that because I'm too lazy," Linds said, adding that her recent weight loss is probably due to stress.

So what's she stressing about?"A lot of meetings for movies and stuff," she explained. While we haven't heard of any new movie castings for LiLo, she has a few other non-cinematic projects in the works, including a self-tanning line for Sephora and a diamond jewelry line.

Lindsay Lohan refuses to weigh herself. The 'Mean Girls' actress doesn't get on the scales because she doesn't want her weight to dominate her life and is comfortable with the way she looks.

She said: "I'm kind of happy with my body. I don't work out too much, I have fun, I eat a lot, so I'm happy. There's a lot of things I'd change, but I'm happy. I'd change little things. I hate my legs. I'd like to be taller. I don't know how tall I am. I don't believe in weighing myself or checking my height because then when people ask, I feel obligated to say." However, Lindsay admits she does feels under pressure to conform to Hollywood's ideal female body shape.

THINGS are going from bad to worse for Calum Best with ex Lindsay Lohan snubbing his latest stab at TV.

The self-styled cad is up to his old tricks in Los Angeles, filming a trashy reality show.

Best, 27, boasted to friends Lindsay, 21, would appear at a Hollywood party thrown for him by producers MTV. But she was instead spotted at the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel sunning herself with friends including gal pal DJ Samantha Ronson, 30.

Lindsay Lohan has revealed why she likes changing her hair colour constantly but says she can get treated like a dumb blonde when she gets out the bleach.

The actress - who is naturally ginger - reckons it makes people see her as an airhead.

‘I think people think I’m more stupid,’ she says.

‘I just [use it as] an excuse now. I can say it’s the hair if I sound silly sometimes!’

But 21-year-old Lindsay says overall she’s content with the way she looks.

‘There are things I’d change, but I’m happy,’ she says.

‘I’d like to be taller [but] I don’t believe in weighing myself or checking my height because then, when people ask, you feel obliged to say.’

While news of Lindsay Lohan getting cosy with her DJ pal Samantha Ronson haven't stopped making rounds as yet, the actress is already being wooed by ex-love Calum Best.

The 'Mean Girls' star's former beau has come down to LA for his new TV show, 'Calum: The Best Is Yet To Come' and is reportedly sending sweet text messages to Lindsay.

The pair have been involved twice already but remained friends after splitting up, and now with Calum in town the sparks surely seem to be flying again.

"Calum can't wait to see Linds - whenever they meet they always seem to get it on," The Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

Meanwhile, Lohan and her alleged she-love Ronson, who were seen on P Diddy's yacht in Cannes, have been inseparable. And now talks are on for an engagement too.

American actress Lindsay Lohan has scored high marks for her professionalism on the sets of her new movie Labor Pains.

Producers were not really eager to work with her, but after seeing her behaviour they have only praise for the young actress. "We were a little bit reluctant to work with her," People mag quoted Lati Grobman, one of the producers, as saying. "But she's been amazing," she added.

It looks like Lohan is trying to get her acting career back on track ever since she showed up for work on June 9 at the L.A. location, coming to work early and being well prepared for the gruelling 12-hour shooting days.

Lindsay Lohan has joined the ranks of “Grey’s Anatomy’s” Katherine Heigl, pulling her name from consideration for an Emmy Award.

The “Mean Girls” star, who made a guest appearance on “Ugly Betty,” as a high school classmate of Betty’s, will wait to be considered for her guest star role, until possibly next year when Lindsay returns to the ABC series, The Los Angeles Times reports.

“The appearance was brief,” a rep for the actress told the paper. “We made a decision to wait.”

A role that will be far from brief is Lindsay’s lead in the film “Labor Pains,” which is reportedly going well for the actress and producers.

“We were a little bit reluctant to work with her,” Lati Grobman, one of the producers of the film told People.  “But she’s been amazing.”

Despite reported previous on-set dramas, the producers told the mag Lindsay makes up for any past mistakes with her acting skills.

“The difference between her and the other girls that are naughty in the business is that she’s actually talented,” the “Labor Pains’ producer said. “It’s not [like] Paris Hilton and the rest of them. We took the chance. It’s good that we did. So far, so good.”

Lindsay Lohan has only been the set of her new movie Labor Pains for a week, but so far she's earned high marks for professionalism as she gets her film career back on track.

Lohan, 21, whose movie career has been stalled by several stints in rehab, showed up for work June 9 on the L.A. location and has consistently been early and well-prepared for the grueling 12-hour shooting days, says Grobman.

In her return to comedy, Lohan plays a publishing house employee who escapes getting fired by pretending to be pregnant.

"She's so natural at what she does. I've never seen one take where she's off," says Grobman. "The difference between her and the other girls that are naughty in the business is that she's actually talented. It's not [like] Paris Hilton and the rest of them. We took the chance. It's good that we did. So far, so good."

The only problem is the horde of photographers who have infiltrated the Los Angeles-area locations.

"Paparazzi are ruining my life," says Grobman. "This is the most insane thing I've ever seen in my life. They do things that are very, very aggressive. I'm not a producer anymore, I'm a police woman."

While I've neither seen Showgirls nor I Know Who Killed Me, I imagine the latter of the two stripper movies is not destined to be the same sort of camp classic as is the former. From what I gathered from the reviews and audience response, IKWKM is just plain bad -- not funny bad or entertaining bad or any other kind of bad that would be of interest to viewers of any kind. Nevertheless, the cable channel Starz is promoting its pay TV premiere of the Lindsay Lohan movie as something of a not-to-be-missed phenomenon of trash.
