The legal system must be so dreary when Lindsay's under probation. But have no fear, a new lawsuit is here. A nanny named Nubia Del Carmen Preza just filed a lawsuit against Lohan over an alleged hit-and-run in September, 2010.

Ms. Preza claims that while on a walk in West Hollywood, Lohan ran into her in a rented Maserati. In the lawsuit revealed to E! News, Plaza is demanding unspecified damages to cover "serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish;" past and future medical expenses; and loss of wages and future earning potential due to her inability to perform her usual occupation.

A paparazzi witness told RadarOnline that he saw the accident and confronted Lohan after the scene. "I said, 'Whoa, what the f*** are you doing?'" and she replied, "Well, I saw them, but they didn't move out of the way."

The accident was reportedly "full impact," but Preza was able to walk away, while Lohan fled the scene. Currently, Lohan's rep cannot comment on the situation. "To the best of my knowledge, neither Lindsay nor her attorneys have been served with a lawsuit," he told E! News. "So we really can't comment on something that hasn't been served through the proper channels."

The suit names Black & White Car Rental as a defendant. A case management conference is to be held on May 14, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Oh, Lindsay. It's been a fun ride on the dark side, but maybe now is a good time to start being a good girl.

Lindsay Lohan’s bad luck with cars continues after a woman who claims she was struck by the actress’ sports car sued over her injuries Wednesday. Nubia Del Carmen Preza claims she was struck by Lohan’s Maserati while walking through a West Hollywood intersection in September 2010.

Preza’s lawsuit states she has suffered “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish” and that she is seeking damages for all her medical expenses and lost time at work. A call to her attorney, Gregory Picco, seeking additional details was not immediately returned.

It is the second lawsuit filed against Lohan this month involving an automobile mishap. A paparazzo sued Lohan Jan. 10, claiming that he was struck in January 2010 by a vehicle in which Lohan was riding. Grigor Balyan claims he was trying to shoot pictures of the actress in Hollywowhen he was hit.

Preza’s lawsuit states Lohan was driving when she was hit on the afternoon of Sept. 1, 2010, at an intersection just south of the Sunset Strip. At the time, Lohan lived near the intersection. Lohan’s spokesman Steve Honig said neither Lohan nor her attorneys had been served with the lawsuit and could not comment on it.

The model and actress remains on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case filed after she was arrested twice that year on suspicion of driving while impaired. One of the incidents sparked two civil lawsuits after Lohan chased a vehicle she thought was carrying her former assistant on Pacific Coast Highway. One of the cases has settled. The other, filed by three men who were in the SUV Lohan was driving, may go to trial in March.

Lohan’s attorney in that case, Ed McPherson, has said the men had plenty of chances to get out of the vehicle and called the case “absurd.”The Mean Girls star has received two positive probation reports since a judge ordered her to perform weekly morgue cleanup duties in November. the actress may be off supervised probation by the end of March.

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been dominating the tabloids lately.  In fact, she has been quite the model citizen as of late.  Even the judge at her progress hearing who told her to keep doing what she is doing. It is a shame that she is facing a lawsuit by a lunatic Iraq war vet.  Thomas A. Green is suing Lohan for $300,000 for “unfair business practices”.   He claims that Lohan contacted him on Facebook and expressed interest in an online business he wanted to start. Lindsay Lohan had been banned form Facebook at one point in her life.

Oh he also claimed to be part of the team that killed Osama bin Laden. Green acknowledges in the suit that he recently has been staying at a homeless shelter and that he suffers from a “depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations.”Green says Lohan led him on about the business and in the process of their discussions Lohan revealed her part in the consipracy to kill Osama Bin Laden.

In the lawsuit Green writes, “[Green] set out to command [Lohan] to twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden (sic) op all civillians in past wrong doings will receive clemency.”He went on to say that he beleives that [Lohan] might be a high end prostitute who is responsible for him being stuck in Colorado with no money or set income and a bank account closed.”Green’s suit will certainly be thrown out of court, but it probably isn’t making Lohan feel any better.  She has recently had to run away form her house due to a psychotic fan breaking in. Now that she's steering clear of the club scene, Lindsay Lohan spent her Saturday evening (January 21) shopping it up at 14 Karats jewelry store in Los Angeles, California. Clad in an all-black outfit sans bra with a brown leather jacket, the "Mean Girls" starlet spent the evening browsing the store's offerings before emerging to find two parking tickets adorning her black Porsche sports car's windshield.

The retail outing comes just days after reports emerged telling the LiLo is in the running to land the role of Elizabeth Taylor in a movie about the star's life. With Megan Fox's name also having been mentioned, the film's executive producer Larry Thompson told E! News, "I've been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox. It's a very serious selection. It's like casting for Hollywood royalty."

Before being able to take the job, Miss Lohan still must finish off her probation requirements - as she has another progress hearing scheduled for February 15 with her final hearing slated to take place on March 29.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been served with a lawsuit by a man who believes that she played a role in the death of Osama Bin Laden. The man named Thomas A. Green also alleges that the actress might be a high end prostitute. Green, who says he is a former U.S Marine, claims that he spoke to Lohan on Facebook after she contacted him about an online business he was setting up.

TMZ claims to have obtained a copy of the lawsuit in which Green is attempting to sue the actress for engaging in unfair business practices, with his representative serving Lindsay with the lawsuit as she walked into her probationary hearing court on Tuesday, the Mirror reported.

In the suit, Green apparently writes that he questioned Lindsay until she revealed a conspiracy about the death of Bin Laden. “[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to Twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency,” the lawsuit read.

Lindsay Lohan has undoubtedly had many run-ins with the law, but this time, she’s not the one who’s troubled. TMZ reported the Mean Girls actress is being served a lawsuit by Thomas A. Green, who claims the 25-year-old had a hand in the death of Osama Bin Laden last year and also alleges that she “might be a high end prostitute.”The website obtained a copy of the lawsuit, and said the contents of the suit were complete mumbo jumbo.

According to the UK’s Mirror, Green describes himself as a former U.S. Marine and says Lohan contacted him through Facebook regarding an online business he established. Lohan was served the lawsuit while she was entering court on Tuesday for her probationary hearing, but she never took it.

Green said he has hired a process server to deliver the papers to the actress.  He is looking at suing for her “engaging in unfair business practices,” saying that the starlet told him about a conspiracy behind Bin Laden’s death. According to TMZ, a portion of the lawsuit reads:

A judge told actress Lindsay Lohan on Tuesday that she could end nearly five years of constant watch by the courts in March if she maintained her progress in completing probation requirements for driving under the influence and shoplifting.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner said Lohan had attended her required 12 sessions of community service at the county morgue and mandatory therapy sessions and was on pace to end probation in March if she completed her total of 60 days of community service. "She has done it all on schedule," Sautner said Tuesday during a hearing at the Airport Courthouse. "Keep doing what you are doing. You appear to be doing it well."

Lohan must complete 15 more community service days and attend four therapy sessions by Feb. 22. Sautner said she expected the actress to have finished her morgue work and therapy by March 29.

Lohan, 25, has made more court appearances than movies in recent years since a 2007 DUI conviction and 2011 theft conviction. She has repeatedly violated probation and has been jailed five times for short periods. But facing the prospect of a longer sentence from Sautner and experiencing an uptick in her career with a Playboy cover, she has received glowing probation reports.

At her last hearing in December, Sautner praised Lohan for fulfilling her scheduled responsibilities and said she could end her probation in February if she completed her community service early. Last year, Lohan pleaded guilty to the theft of a necklace from a Venice jewelry store. But she violated probation by missing therapy appointments and required workdays at the Downtown Women's Center.

Sautner sentenced Lohan to 30 days in jail and ordered her to complete her community service at the morgue, where she is working as a janitor. She spent less than five hours in custody. In the last couple of months, Lohan has appeared to be back on track. "Miss Lohan, you have actually done your work," Sautner told her at the December hearing. "You are doing well, and I would like to see it continue."

Sautner's tone in recent hearings has been far removed from the frustration she expressed in October. Last fall, Lohan admitted in court that she had violated probation by missing required workdays and appointments. She missed 12 of the 20 scheduled workdays at the Downtown Women's Center that were imposed in May, when she pleaded guilty to the necklace theft.

Lohan also canceled 14 of 19 scheduled appointments for court-ordered psychotherapy, according to law enforcement sources familiar with the case but not authorized to discuss it. Sautner had warned Lohan that if she failed to meet the terms of her probation, she would be returned to jail for 270 days. Lohan is required to report to the court each month and was seen last week visiting probation staff.

It's that bit of the Golden Globes when all the A-listers have wontheir awards and been all gracious and classy, and then we notice that- OOH LOOK - there's some more fun celebrities hanging out at theafter-parties, and we bet they're the ones that rinse the free bar.

Which brings us nicely on to Lindsay Lohan, whowas out last night at the Weinstein Company's annual Golden Globesparty, despite not having been in any films because she's been a bit busy with her community service this year.

Despite being there for no noteable reason, Lindsay did look quite nice, wearing a cream silk Prada dress - probably not one shewears for community service down the Morgue - with her blonde hair down around her shoulders.

Lindsay was joined atthe party by award winner Michelle Williams (so it must be quite a good'do) and Rosie Huntington-Whitely and her friend Georgina Chapman - anactress and fashion designer. Gerard Butler and Bradley Cooper were also there, with Gerard messing around for the cameras and both men looking very pretty.

But the trashier end was still wellcatered for, with the arrival of Paris Hilton, Lady Victoria Hervey and - oddly - Daniel Bedingfield's sister Natasha, who used to sing about wanting to have babies, if we remember rightly.

The last time Lindsay Lohan was nominated for anything was 2007. Although she didn't nab the 'Teen Choice Award for Choice Actress - Drama' for her work in "Georgia Rule," that hasn't stopped her from partying with Hollywood's current award winners and nominees -- even when she's not invited.

The New York Daily News reports, that the Weinestein Company hosted a pre-Golden Globes party at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Jan. 11, and an insider says Lohan snuck in through the hotel's back entrance.

Given that Lohan did call the Chateau home for a period of time, we have no trouble believing she knows all its nooks and crannies. Clad in a tight black dress, that resembled a wetsuit, Lohan made her way to the entrance for photo ops, says the paper's spy. There, Golden Globe nominees Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo from "The Artist" and Kenneth Branagh and Michelle Williams from "My Week With Marilyn," were having their photos taken.

Lohan is apparently calling the hotel home once again and a source told Fox News, that "[Lindsay] totally crashed, and was not invited. She came because she had a room at the Chateau."

Lohan's reputation has gotten the better of her when it comes to A-list events. In September, the 25-year-old starlet was kicked out of the Marc Jacobs Fashion Week party following a violent incident, where she threw a glass at an event the night before.

Lindsay Lohan is expected to receive another glowing report at her next probation progress hearing on Tuesday (January 17). The Mean Girls star is on her way to completing the court-ordered community service and therapy sessions handed down to her by Judge Stephanie Sautner during her theft case last year.

Lohan has fulfilled the 12 days of unpaid work at the LA county morgue and four therapy dates she was obliged to complete following her last meeting on December 14. The 25-year-old was told by Judge Sautner at the date that she "is doing well".

"We are on track and looking good on all fronts," her representative told E!. The ex-Disney movie star is required to show proof in court that she has fulfilled her duties. Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley had requested that the actress miss the date, but was told by Judge Sautner that turning up to probation meetings served as "motivation for her". Lohan spent four hours in jail last November for probation violation after completing community service at an alternative location.
